PCR Covid Testing
PCR TEST ONLY. This is for a RT-PCR test for COVID-19 suitable for travel to many international destinations or private testing. Please ensure that you check with the country you are visiting about their entry requirements and the timelines that are required for testing. Please book your time slot accordingly such that you satisfy the requirements of your airline and the country you are visiting.
Cost for a NEXT DAY RT-PCR test with full documentation (Copy of lab result with QR code and a certificate of authenticity providing ISO 15189 accreditation of an approved laboratory that is Health Canada approved) provided suitable for travel is $99 per person plus HST ($89.99 per person when in groups of 2 or more). Cost for a same-day PCR test is $259.99 plus HST and MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE by email to info@remedyspharmacy.ca
Your laboratory test report and official certificate, with QR Code and certificate of authentication will be emailed to you the next day (guaranteed within 24 hours).
Documents can also be prepared for pick up at the pharmacy on request.
Rapid Antigen Covid Testing
RAPID ANTIGEN TEST ONLY. This is for a Pre-travel Covid test (Antigen Rapid Test) that is Health Canada approved for travel and professional use. Please ensure that you check with the country you are visiting about their entry requirements as we cannot guarantee that all countries will recognize and accept Antigen (Rapid) tests for entry. Test results and certificate are typically available within 15 minutes. Cost is $19.99 (for a rapid antigen test with appropriate certificate for travel documentation provided. Thank you.
Travel and Yellow Fever Vaccinations
The pretravel travel consultation offers a dedicated time with one of our Travel Health professionals to prepare travelers for the health concerns that might arise during their trips. The objectives of the pretravel consultation include: (1) Performing an individual risk assessment based on the type of trip planned and individual's vaccine and medical history. (2). Communicate to the traveler anticipated health risks and advice on how to minimize injury or sickness and (3) Our trained travel health experts will advise on vaccinations required, Covid testing requirements, Malaria prevention/prophylaxis, food and water safety, Rabies, Traveller's diarrhea, Altitude sickness and many other concerns that may arise on a particular itinerary. Travellers will be provided with a comprehensive, customized assessment and plan at time of appointment.
Cost of consultation/assessment is $49.99 per person ($45 per person if attend as a group of 2 to 4 people with same itinerary). Costs of vaccinations/medications/tests required are additional (and optional) and payable at time of the appointment. We are also an approved Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre and WE DO PROVIDE FULL DOSES AND A LIFETIME CERTIFICATE for Yellow Fever Vaccination. Other Travel Vaccinations can be provided at the same time as the consultation if and when appropriate.
Covid-19 Bivalent Booster

Only for patients 12 years of age or older. Must have already completed a primary course of Covid vaccination -- this dose is for the Pfizer bivalent booster dose only !
Meningitis
Meningitis vaccination is recommended for individuals over 11-years-old. This includes both the A, C, W and Y immunization and the B vaccination.
Travellers or others who could be exposed to meningitis should also be vaccinated this includes:
- Travellers to the ‘meningitis belt’ in Africa
- Travellers going to Hajj in Saudi Arabia
- Individuals who work in confined conditions
- Healthcare workers
- College or other students
Shingles SHINGRIX
SHINGRIX is recommended for most adults over 50 years of age. Individuals who have already receive another shingles vaccine should receive SHINGRIX for complete protection.
SHINGRIX ( DIN 02468425 ) is a two-dose vaccine to protect adults against Shingles. Doses are administered between two and six months apart and cost is $199.99 which includes the cost of the vaccine dose and the injection/administration fee and documentation. Documentation/proof of vaccination will be provided. Prescription receipt will be provided and if online billing is permitted by the patient's drug plan then we can assist with submitting electronic claim on patient's behalf.
